Obtaining and Maintaining Your Silk

At The SilkBox, we go through a multi-step inspection with each bundle to ensure that you are receiving silk that is as close to perfect as possible. Because we are so sure that you will completely fall in love with our silk, we do not accept returns. 

How do I care for my silk?

Washing your silk with a gentle shampoo and conditioner weekly or bi-weekly while installed is all that is needed. We also recommend deep conditioning your silk before re-installing it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At The SilkBox, we work endlessly to get your silk to your doorstep as soon as possible. You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days after processing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as processing has been completed.
